Austin Cotton
Tumbling Coach
Hey Guys! My name is Austin Cotton and I was born and raised in Eden, NC. I graduated from Morehead High School in 2016 and continued my education at Appalachian State University where I obtained my B.S. in Political Science. Roll Mountaineers! While growing up, I played baseball year round and developed a strong passion for working out. However, in college, after hanging up the cleats, I decided to try something new and began cheering for App State. I quickly developed a strong passion for the sport that I am still able to share through coaching and passing on my knowledge of the sport with others. Whether it is coaching tumbling classes, throwing stunts, or working on sideline motions, I commit myself to helping others achieve their goals and live a more healthy, active lifestyle!
In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Paige Tuggle
Tumbling Coach
Hello! My name is Paige Tuggle and I am currently a junior at Morehead High School where I cheer, golf, and play volleyball. I’ve been tumbling since I was in elementary school and I was taught by the best (Dr. John and Debbie Dabbs)! My goal is to help kids overcome any fears they may have and teach them safe body mechanics. When not teaching, I like to play and watch sports, hang out with friends, and create sports graphics. After high school I hope to attend a 4-year university majoring in Exercise and Sport Science or Media and Journalism.
